CSP supports the day-to-day running of St Ultan's Campus — reception, catering, breakfast club, cleaning, maintenance and event set-up — so children, families, staff and community organisations have a welcoming, safe and accessible place to be.
The Community Services Programme (CSP) is the backbone of life on St Ultan's Campus. Our team makes sure the building is open, the meals are ready, the classrooms are clean and the front door is staffed — every single day of the school year.
Our roles cover:
Throughout the year, the smooth and efficient delivery of daily operations remains our key priority — quietly making sure everything works so that learning, care and community can happen.
The CSP ensures the Campus remains welcoming, safe and accessible for all service users, staff and community organisations — from the children arriving for breakfast club, to families dropping by reception, to outside groups using the building in the evenings.
The six everyday services CSP delivers across the Campus.
A friendly first point of contact for parents, visitors, deliveries and partner organisations — on hand throughout the day.
Approximately 450 hot, nutritious meals prepared and coordinated each day for children, staff and visitors on the Campus.
A warm, welcoming start to the day — making sure children begin school nourished and ready to learn.
High-standard cleaning of the entire campus, every day — classrooms, corridors, communal spaces and shared facilities.
Keeping the buildings and grounds in good working order — quick fixes, planned upkeep and the everyday jobs that keep the Campus running.
Preparing rooms, furniture and refreshments for events, meetings and community activities — and resetting everything afterwards.
The four things CSP keeps front of mind every day on St Ultan's Campus.
